Our client a leading financial services business based in canary Wharf is looking for an Editor to join their Ratings Communications team on a temporary basis.

Working closely with financial Analysts, as well as the Marketing and Production teams to edit, plan and publish the company's financial publications regarding companies, industries and events.

This role will initially be for approximately 3 months, with a strong possibility for a permanent opportunity to arise.

Responsibilities;
* Edit corporate publications in regards to logic, structure, grammar, and consistency to meet the publishing needs of investors as well as advance the company's marketing and communications strategies
* Plan and review the content, style, and organisation of the company's commentaries to assist corporate publication production
* Enhance the presentation quality of the company's financial rating products

Key Skills and Desired Qualifications;
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in communications or journalism or other related field.
* Experience in a related field with success editing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and project management experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targeted deadlines.
* Effectively write and edit clear, concise copy for publications.
* Must have a proven track record for superb written and oral communications; excellent proofreading and editing skills; a keen attention to detail; and the ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.

The ideal Editor must be a professional, creative, extremely organised, enthusiastic and be a flexible team player, who can work independently.
