Your new company
This is an exciting new Fin-tech startup, releasing 2 unique and targeted products this year. With the existing staff being the 4 Executives, including the 2 company founders, there is a vision to grow extensively over the next three years from 5 to 45 employees started with the Business Operations Administrator role.

Your new role
As the Business Operations Administrator/ Team Assistant, you will be taking on various responsibility including point of contact for Clients and Customers, dealing with Queries, ensuring the full payments process runs smoothly and dealing with correspondence of any issues and assisting the Execs with any adhoc Administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have previous customer services experience to the highest standard and have worked in an office support role as an administrator / team assistant. You will also have a passion and a strong interest in the company, be a great team player and also use your own initiative to get tasks done quickly
