Fantastic projects-focused PA opportunity at buzzy and collaborative Property Development company in Southwark, Central London. Salary £30k dependent on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company with a great culture and very low staff turnover. It is a work hard, play hard environment where everyone mucks in together and they all bounce of one another.

Role: PA to Development Director & Team
Benefits: pension, healthcare and annual discretionary bonus
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Start: end of March

This is a busy and diverse role which is great for a candidate with some PA/Team Assistant experience who is looking for the next step. The client is seeking a proactive PA who will be a team player, and someonewho is happy to provide 1:1 support to the Development Director as well as ad hoc support for the Development team.

PA Duties

* Report to Development Director and ad hoc support to the Executive Director
* Support others in the development team
* Arrange and manage meetings and diaries
* Arrange and book travel issuing itineraries and ensuring all appointments made and travel between organised
* Assist with compilation of reports, including formatting and proof-reading
* Take minutes or notes in meetings and circulate agenda/ papers when required
* Process expenses and also project invoices
* Co-ordinate document signing
* Ensure filing is up to date and highly organised
* Circulate notes, schedules, reports etc.
* Maintain schedules as needed, confirming details to external parties as needed
* Upload documents to the company's online project management system
* Assist in the planning of staff events

Candidate Requirements:

* Educated to A Level at a minimum
* Some PA/Team Assistant experience - within the property industry would be ideal
* Proficient in MS Office
* Highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable with good attention to detail
* Pro-active and confident
* Ability to work to deadlines
* A team player who will build good relationships to ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks relating to the development projects.
