Fast growing UK Law Firm is looking to hire a new HR Coordinator to assist the HR team with all duties including general HR issues, policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, graduate recruitment etc.  Responsibilities will include drafting announcements for weekly firm newsletters, organising 1:1 pension meetings with the firm’s pension and benefits provider, producing PowerPoint HR presentations, updating documentation for employee movements, responding to mortgage, tenancy and staff references for signatures by HR Managers/Head of HR, dealing with HR post, updating holiday charts, organising annual flu jabs for the firm, organising and issue maternity and wedding vouchers, updating the staff directory, processing of all HR invoices, preparation of induction packs for new joiners, liaising with Compliance annually regarding latest Practising Certificates, GDPR archiving on an annual basis, assisting with the monthly payroll by organising payslips to be distributed and if applicable sent to personnel by post, preparig all offer letters and schedules to contract of employment for all staff joining the firm, ensuring all employment documentation is returned, preparing all leaver confirmation letters and administering the leaver process.  Other duties will include assisting the Recruitment Manager with co-ordinating all candidate interviews, liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders, assisting with training contract offer paperwork and vacation scheme offer letters, preparing and distributing partner packs for assessment days and second round interviews, organising vacation scheme and training contract application forms for sifting, logging open day application forms, providing salary review administration support and any other duties when required.  Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a small, buzzy team, and be able to liaise with personnel across all levels of the firm.  Applicants should also have previous HR or strong administrative or PA experience, ideally within a law firm.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
