Events Co-ordinator - Property Investment Company

Mayfair property investment company is looking for passionate events coordinator to join their marketing and communications team.

The role will report directly into the Marketing Director who is looking for someone who can start immediately as the role will be offered on a temp-to-perm basis. This position would suit an individual who is used to organising a variety of events. There will be some travel required in this role to project regions such as Glasgow and Portsmouth.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and used to client engagement, an interest in property and degree in communications or marketing would be hugely beneficial.

The role will focus on developing and creating action event plans, liaising with venues for accommodation and conferences, caterers and hand-picked suppliers.

Managing event communication time-lines, ensuring emails and event invites are scheduled.


*Degree educated
*A minimum of two years experience in an events orientated role
*Ability to communicate effectively at a variety of levels
