This is a lovely opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with a year or so experience who is keen to get their foot in the door who has a muck in attitude and is happy to help with whatever comes along. Great benefits package, lovely team and beautiful offices!
Must be beautifully presented and polished with excellent communication skills both written and verbal who has a positive can do attitude and gets things done without a fuss. You will also need to have good IT skills (Word and Excel) and above all else a friendly and helpful personality with a big smile. You will be supporting the team with duties such as: General administration, research, updating property records, processing expenses and petty cash, sourcing furniture/fabric and art works, running errands for the family, booking restaurants, booking travel and assisting with lots of project work etc. You will also be required to cover the PA's when they are on holiday/ off work so it is a wonderful opportunity to take on more responsibility and support at senior level with diary management, booking travel and meetings, as well as document production and ad hoc tasks and errands.
The team are looking for a good all-rounder with a can do, no problem attitude who is good humored and just gets on with it.
