The Role:
- Supporting a team of 30 with administrative/PA/secretarial duties, managing the smooth running of the office, and providing support to the Operations Manager
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Creating, updating and editing reports
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Answering calls and responding to emails, dealing with general enquiries and queries
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, internal and external contacts
- Updating database and CRM system
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
