An Independently owned Executive Search firm, specialising in Financial Services, based in the City, has an exciting new opportunity for a bright and ambitious graduate. They currently have a staff of 20 and are growing rapidly over the next few years.  In order to meet these exciting new growth plans, they are looking to add a Researcher to the team, who they can grow and develop within the business.

Role of Researcher

As a researcher, under the guidance of a senior mentor, you will be provided with an excellent training programme. Exposed to all areas of the business you will rotate across the various teams and be immersed in the business, with the view to growing from a Researcher to a Junior Consultant. This is an extremely client facing role, where clients range from FTSE 100 Corporations to global investment and banking institutions, so first-class communication skills and a strong commercial awareness are key. Duties will include, amongst much more, research and project work as well client relationship building.

With an excellent track record in developing bright and ambitious graduates, from a variety of backgrounds, this is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic graduate looking to build a career within Executive Search. Their fantastic “fast track” program has seen candidates progress from researcher to Junior Consultant in less than a year.

Requirements

They are looking for excellent graduates from reputable universities with the desire and hunger to succeed in a fast moving, dynamic firm. Very open to background, as long as you have at least 6 months commercial experience. This is a truly exciting role in a fabulous, fast growing Executive Search Firm.
