Office Administrator
Monday to Friday - 2pm - 6pm
£10 - £12 per hour
We are a small to medium architectural practice, specialising in projects for members of the art and media world. We are looking for a part-time administrator to cover a maternity leave which will last 9 months - 1 year.
Duties will be principally to assist the Office Manager and will include:
- Answer phone, reception duties when required
- Look after meeting room - keep diary, make sure room is presentable, provide refreshments
- Manage post, stationery, paper supplies, architectural samples, magazine library and model-making equipment as required
- Take responsibility for day-to-day petty cash
- Monitor timesheets
- Organise couriers/taxis, record usage/receipts
- Keep kitchen running smoothly, ordering stocks and supplies
- Make director's refreshments
Monday to Friday - 2pm - 6pm
Relevant experience would be helpful. Excellent level of spoken and written English is essential. Ideal candidate would be friendly, motivated and practically-minded.
