EA to Media Entrepreneur

My client is the CEO of a hugely successful global media company and I am looking for a fast thinking and proactive EA to support him in all aspects of his busy life.  Based in beautiful central London offices as part of a highly motivated and dynamic team, this EA will be a true right hand support.  Your boss has multiple business interests, is incredibly well connected and a consummate networker.  Therefore this EA will liaise with celebrities, politicians and other high profile contacts.  The pace is relentless and this EA will be expected to represent the CEO in their absence, replying to emails of their behalf, managing relationships with key contacts with an understanding who is important at that moment in time.  You will also organise extensive international global travel with detailed and changeable itineraries, arrange back to back meetings, manage multiple inboxes and provide Board level support.   As the CEO is often out of the office there is a high volume of dictation over the phone so shorthand is desirable.   The team are very collaborative and muck in so it is important that this person fits in well with their work hard culture, however you will also be well rewarded. The ideal candidate will have around 5+ years EA experience having supported a CEO or a high profile individual with multiple business interests ideally within media or similar.  Excellent IT skills are essential.
