Are you an energetic, motivated, experienced German speaking Office Manager, who is seeking new challenges? If yes, then this could be your next role.
Our client, a leading international publisher is looking for a talented Office Manager with excellent accountancy skills.

This role requires an experienced German speaking Office Manager with exposure to working in small sized companies with international experience who can hit the ground running. You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for all office administration and facilities management, dealing with invoices, credit notes and managing accounting reports. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organisational skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients, especially via telephone.

It is a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking Office Manager with experience in credit control. You will be part of a small, dynamic, friendly, lively team where you will have the chance to develop your skill set.

Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience as an Office Administrator, Office Secretary, Team Secretary or Office manager
  • Proven experience in accountancy, bookkeeping, accounts assistant or accounts administrator
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced corporate firm
  • IT savvy, strong knowledge in Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of accounting software systems
  • Strong work ethics, team player and intercultural competent person
  • Well-presented and have excellent communication and organisational skills
