A truly exceptional opportunity has come up for a well-presented, corporate-minded French-speaking Executive Assistant with impeccable English and great business acumen to provide seamless, comprehensive executive support to a very passionate, hardworking, entrepreneurial CEO of a global organisation.

You will be supporting the CEO with a wide range of business and administrative functions including co-ordinating detailed travel itineraries, administrative support, scheduling internal and external meetings and managing busy inboxes by utilising your organisational skills to the fullest. It is essential for you to have an eye for detail, have strong IT knowledge, take initiative in addressing challenging tasks, and demonstrate superb problem solving skills on a daily basis. While the role is heavily focussed on providing the CEO with comprehensive business support there will also be some personal/private PA support required. Occasional out of hours and weekend support is required however it will be very minimal.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a French speaking Executive Assistant to join forces with a hardworking, dynamic and truly inspiring HNWI. Remote working may be possible from time to time. To be considered you must possess a stable PA/EA background with experience of supporting C-level individuals from similar, large multinational corporations.

Profile

  • Absolute fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a French-speaking Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, EA, PA, Private PA, Senior PA
  • Proven experience of working in a PA, secretarial or executive support function in a fast-paced, multinational, corporate business environment
  • Solid experience of supporting busy C-Level or C-Suite individuals at board level
  • Adaptable, discreet, dedicated, flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised: able to manage busy workloads, multiple tasks within short timeframes
  • Experience of providing executive support to Founders/ Business Entrepreneurs
  • Excellent IT skills, needs to be quite tech savvy alongside using Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication skills in French and English
