THE COMPANY:
Our client, based in fantastic offices near to London Bridge, is a global risk consultancy. They require an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their established team. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.


THE ROLE:

The Business Support Administrator’s duties will include: 
  • Coordinate project meetings and support the general day-to-day running of the programme
  • Implement and manage the setup of online products and accounts
  • Support the finance team in the creation of project and business specific data analytics
  • Maintain up to date client records and service tracking
  • Provide assistance with the creation of training materials and provide team training where required
 
THE PERSON:
  • Must have previous experience within a similar Business Support Administrator role in a professional services environment
  • Experience of working in a team, with a range of people in different departments
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must possess a professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Must possess a high level of integrity, loyalty and discretion
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
