Marketing Manager - City

LMA Recruitment are partnered with a global investment bank based in the City who are seeking a Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate marketing communications that develop activities on behalf of the Investment Services business units, executives, senior managers and their teams located in Europe.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills. You will be a critical thinker, self-starter who works proactively to identify key business priorities and opportunities. You will possess excellent communication, strong analytical and creative skills.

Key duties:

• Create and execute marketing strategies that support the goals of Investment Services
• Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the specified business to business area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement
• Identify and communicate key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment
• Participate in business line strategic meetings and collaborate on key marketing and communication initiatives
• Work with business line managers to identify the desired client experience, and coordinate with marketing teams to produce appropriate materials, using multiple distribution/communication channels
• Provide project budget oversight on projects
• Use segment specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales and technical teams
