We are currently recruiting for an experienced office assistant with bookkeeping experience to join this lovely company on a part-time basis. 

Your role will be to work closely with the Office Manager/EA to support the office on a variety of tasks. The office has approximately 10 members of staff, all of whom are friendly and down to earth. 

A key focus for this person will be to provide relief when it comes to bookkeeping tasks and responsibilities, managing expenses and keeping track of VAT records. 

Therefore, it is essential that candidates have previously had responsibility for bookkeeping duties. 

On top of this, you will provide ad hoc support to the Office Manager/EA in the form of meeting and greeting clients, keeping the office going, etc. 

This role would suit someone keen to work part-time hours; however they will also consider candidates on a full-time basis.
