My client, a continuous growing PR agency is looking to welcome in an experience Operations Manager to come help the running’s of the office. This agency has been running for many years, working with some amazing clients and also winning some great awards. This agency Is based within the heart of Central London, within a beautiful quirky serviced office.
As an Operations Manager, you will be managing the needs of the business to ensure the office runs seamlessly. Every detail will need to be accounted for to ensure a superior working environment for their staff and a first-class experience for their clients. Your day-day, will be managing the running’s of the office, maintaining a great work environment for staff, Act as primary liaison with building services and the catering team to ensure the office and facilities are maintained in excellent working order, coordinate the efficient planning and execution of all building refurbishment, office/desk moves and reorganisations to ensure best use is made of the office space, line manage and professional development of the Operations Assistant to ensure added value support for the business and Provide support when needed for FHF client events and staff entertainment. You will also be in collaboration with our IT support services and regional IT Director, facilitate best in class IT practices.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role within a serviced building environment is desirable. You will be dedicated and an adaptable team player who works well under pressure with a can-do positive attitude and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, demonstrating an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have Strong proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
