EA to CEO

A rare and exciting EA vacancy has arisen at a leading consultancy  firm based in the heart of the West End.  Our client is seeking an exemplary senior, experienced and high calibre assistant to support this senior gentleman who was worked at the firm for over 18 years.  He focuses on the energy sector and as a result is frequently travelling between Middle East,.USA and Europe. He requires someone who has solid experience in multi stop travel organisation and is able to create multiple plans for every scenario imaginable.  

Your boss is very down to earth, direct, short but fair.  He requires someone who is absolutely dedicated to supporting him and has a sense of humour and able to push back appropriately.  Although he is very intelligent, focussed and impressive, he is also fairly haphazard and chaotic and therefore really requires an EA to unravel all for him. Someone to prioritise his work and life balance and enable him to protect his time for his personal work.  He also needs someone to make judgments on his behalf.  He has high expectations so therefore someone needs who can cope with fast changing plans and juggling many balls. 

This is purely a business EA role and requires very little personal work.  It would suit someone who loves the challenge of diary management and ever changing plans, and who delights in complex almost impossible travel organising globally!    You will also be providing a small amount of support for a more junior boss of similar style.
