Italian Speaking In-house Recruiter - Retail

Our client and international Retail business is currently looking to recruit an Italian speaking Talent Acquisition Partner on an initial 3 months contract. You will be responsible for managing the 360 recruitment process across the business, predominately within their Italian market. You will focus on building a network across various disciplines and working with key internal stakeholders to recruit the best in class candidates, using your commercial acumen to influence and impact the organisation.  Our Talent Acquisition team is evolving to a direct sourcing model, with an emphasis on quality of hire and candidate experience.

Manage the end to end recruitment process, including:

• Developing a thorough understanding of the role,
• Advising hiring managers on best practice for sourcing and selection,
• Advertising roles,
• Proactively sourcing for suitable candidates
• Screening CV's,
• Interviewing (telephone, skype, face to face)
• Offer management
• Relevant feedback focusing on the candidate and manager experience as a priority.

Build strong relationships with the wider HR team to ensure a good understanding of headcount needs, ensuring alignment, collaboration and knowledge sharing

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience managing the end to end recruitment process
• Experience of working across Europe in a matrix organisation
• Experience using Social media tools in a Recruitment context – e.g. LinkedIn
• Passionate about delivery – focusing on achieving the best results
• Excellent attention to detail essential
• Ability to manage moving deadlines and heavy workload
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
• European languages (French / Spanish / German / Dutch / Italian) would be an advantage
• Proactive and positive attitude
