Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Tech company with a wonderful culture and supportive team who are looking for a proactive Team Assistant based in the heart of the city.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Team Assistant role working alongside another Team Assistant. The role has lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping busy – no day will be the same! Typical duties include:

  • Extensive diary management across various time zones
  • Booking international and domestic travel
  • Liaising with our PR, marketing and design teams i.e. sending out press releases, updating the company website, assisting with conference exhibitions
  • Expenses (collating receipts)
  • Data entry primarily
  • Setting up conference rooms for meetings
  • Ensuring the reception line is covered
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will be switched on candidate who can multi-task and prioritise. You will have a ‘no job too small’ attitude and thrive in a supportive role. Its more important for the company to see your willingness to help and muck in and provide a high level of support to different departments within the company. 

Essential requirements:

  • Common sense
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload/good time management
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player/willingness to get involved where needed and help with any ad hoc tasks
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
 Desired requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role i.e. Team Assistant, PA etc.
  • Experience in SalesForce
  • Experience in WordPress
  • Experience/interest in marketing and/or events planning

This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
