With headquarters in Washington DC, my client was founded in 1990. They have since globally grown across 60 countries and are seeking an experienced Paralegal / Admin Assistant to join and support the EMEA Compliance and Enforcement team, within their London offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for supporting friendly and vibrant individuals on a day to day basis. On top of this you will also be dealing with multiple aspects of the operation and management of the EMEA team. My client feels it is highly important to enjoy the work you do, so they ensure they create a culture were members of staff enjoy coming to work every day! This is a part time role and requires the chosen induvial to join the team 3 days a week.

- Liaising with members of the county counsel.
- Processing and tracking settlements and payments.
- Dealing with the day to day duties of Operations.
- Management of cases, speaking to the HQ offices within Washington.
- Preparation of reports and sharing data with members of staff, upon request.
- Regular audits of data.
- Assisting with case/evidence preparation and communicate with corporate end users in guides and policies.
- All other Legal and Admin support; Diary management, email delegation, processing expenses
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful my client is seeking candidates with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
Essential requirements:
- Paralegal background.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to take on work independently and be proactive in the day to day functions of the office.
- Practical experience of working with case management databases.
- experienced computer user.
- The ability to support a team.
