Office Assistant
We are currently working closely with our Client to recruit a talented Office Assistant with with a positive interest and outlook in supporting a business.
Who will you be working for?
Our Client is a well known and established accountancy firm.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within an office environment, duties will include (but will not be restricted to):
- Openign the office.
- Reception work.
- Ordering of stationary and supplies.
- Team asssistance which may include running errands.
- General administration.
- Office maintenance.
- Data entry.
- sorting post.
- Producing documents as required; including laminating and binding, filing etc.
- Other duties as required.
About you.
- Educated ideally to a-level or equivilent.
- Previous experience within a client facing role.
- IT literacy.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
