Office Assistant

We are currently working closely with our Client to recruit a talented Office Assistant with with a positive interest and outlook in supporting a business.

Who will you be working for?

Our Client is a well known and established accountancy firm.

What will you be doing?

You will be working within an office environment, duties will include (but will not be restricted to):

  • Openign the office.
  • Reception work.
  • Ordering of stationary and supplies.
  • Team asssistance which may include running errands.
  • General administration.
  • Office maintenance.
  • Data entry.
  • sorting post.
  • Producing documents as required; including laminating and binding, filing etc.
  • Other duties as required.

About you.

  • Educated ideally to a-level or equivilent.
  • Previous experience within a client facing role.
  • IT literacy.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
