This is an exciting opportunity for a Polish speaking Office Manager to work for a UK leading manufacturing company in North West London.
Client Details
You will be working for an established family based company in a manufacturing industry in London and throughout the UK for residential and commercial properties. The company is based on the North Circular in North West London.
Description
As Office Manager, you will work in a small team together with members of staff who are involved in aspects of marketing and manufacturing of their products. The following skills and attributes are required:
Office/Customer relationship management duties:
- Liaising with partners, vendors, clients, architects and external accountants
- Preparing estimations/invoices for client orders
- Planning and managing day to day operations
- Analysing and organising work processes and procedures
- Designing and improving data management systems
- Supervising office and supporting other staff members.
- Liaising with partners, vendors, clients, architects and external accountants
- Quickly responding to queries relating to invoices and payments and to the sales of our products
- General office duties, answering phones, filing and distributing the post
Accounts /Administrative duties:
- Basic knowledge of purchase and sales invoices, VAT and tax returns and bank reconciliation
- Proficient in the use of computerised accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Accurately processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Good keyboard skills, and able to quickly input and manipulate financial data
- Ensuring all invoices are validated against relevant purchase orders
- Monitoring customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
- Preparing payments for signature
- Maintaining control of assets and inventory
- Checking Purchase Invoices to Delivery Notes
Profile
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent command of both English and Polish language required
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyse data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
- Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to be flexible and adapt easily
Job Offer
This exciting position is offered on a temp-perm basis. You will be working for a well established family based company in the manufacturing industry in London and throughout the UK for residential and commercial properties.
The company is based on the North Circular in London.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8, - 5.
