Co-Fyxer role:

The Co-Fyxer role, is an Executive Virtual Assistant and the ultimate FYXER flexible role. It is suited to the driven and experienced EA, who cannot or doesn’t need to commit to fixed full-time hours.

What’s the difference between a Fyxer and a Co-Fyxer? Essentially one thing - time/geography commitment.

Fyxers are required to work full time hours and be in the office one day per week, Co-fyxers are not. Beyond this when it comes to qualification, skills, knowledge or training - there is no significant difference between Fyxers and Co-Fyxers.

As a Co-Fyxer you will be working very closely with our team of full time Fyxers, to manage the happiness and success of their clients.

In order to gain deeper understanding of the client-Fyxer relationship, you might be asked to work with your own client. The combination of the two will give you a great opportunity to become a true addition to a FYXER Team, while flexibly managing your workload around your life and commitments.

As a Co-fyxer you will be required to commit to flexible work between Monday to Friday. And be able to communicate with the FYXER team between 8.30am and 5.30pm. The role starts at a minimum 80 hours of work per month and you must have capacity to increase this up to 120 hours per month."

Key responsibilities include:

• Fyxer support: Ensuring the Fyxer(s) who you are working directly with is supported and happy.
  • You should provide WOW moments to your Fyxer
  • Support your Fyxer in a way that allows them to focus on their clients success by lightning their load
• Work autonomously and independently. You’ll have the support of the team whenever you need it.
• Being a brand ambassador by maintaining and being a ​strong guardian of our high quality control standards and procedures.
• Integrating with the fuller FYXER team and company

Our ideal Co-Fyxer will have:

• 5 + years experience in an EA role or similar
• The ability to juggle workloads and changing priorities
• The ability to forge good working relationships with a variety of different personalities
• Willingness to work across different sectors and business arenas
• Confidence in their ability to add value to the FYXER team
• The ability to execute without direction
• The urge to always strive for better

• Agile working - With today’s technology an assistant no longer needs to be based in the office everyday. With the Co-Fyxer role you are welcome to visit us in HQ whenever you like but there is no obligation to do so.
• £13 per hour wage guaranteed minimum 80 hours per month but 120 can be secured. 
• Unlimited unpaid holidays as the role is freelance
