Our client is a well-established international company within the real estate industry with presence in the US, Canada and Europe!

They are now seeking a confident PA/Office Manager to support the COO/Principal with business support responsibilities and day to day activities. This position will be the first point of contact for the London office!

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual who possesses great interpersonal skills, is self-driven and friendly! There will be plenty of scope to grow the role and make this your very own position to run with!

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing a busy diary and arranging meetings & conference calls
  • Comprehensive travel booking – both international and local
  • Ensuring the office upkeep is to excellent standards
  • Handle the invoice management from suppliers
  • Creating itineraries and agendas when needed

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Previous experience in a PA/Office Manager role
  • A self-motivator who is confident to work alone at times
