THE ROLE

We have an exciting role for a Bi-lingual Team Assistant to join one of our favourite clients, one of the world’s leading private equity firms. The ability to speak a European Language to business level is essential, as well as having excellent written and spoken English. In this role you would be supporting a team of six professionals. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Organising busy diaries
• Booking international travel
• Expenses
• Document production
• Ad hoc administration

Our client is one of the top alternative investment firms in the world. They have offices globally and their London office is based in the heart of Mayfair with over 150 staff. They have a wonderful support staff team culture with over 30 PAs, who are all exceptionally friendly, hardworking and collaborative. This is a non-hierarchical place to work, so you must be a real team player

THE CANDIDATE

They are looking for someone who has proven Team Assistant experience working within a corporate environment. The ability to speak a European Language to business level is essential, as well as having excellent written and spoken English. You should be comfortable booking international travel and managing multiple diaries which can frequently change at the last moment. You must be a team player with a muck in attitude and have a strong work ethic. The ability to speak another European language at business level would most certainly be an advantage as this is a global team.
