HR Manager/Office Manager

An excellent opportunity for a HR Manager/Office Manager to join an investment management finance firm in Victoria for 6 months!

This role will entail, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

HR Manager:

  • Managing payroll
  • Scheduling and arranging appraisals, including sending out relevant materials before hand as well as sitting in and making notes
  • Managing staff benefits
  • Onboarding new staff and offboarding leavers
  • Personnel issues

Office Manager:

  • Managing the admin and reception teams
  • Responsibility for facilities
  • Making sure the office runs smoothly
  • Ad hoc admin work

This is a fantastic new role for an experienced HR or Office Manager wanting to join a lovely boutique finance firm with beautiful offices.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proactive work ethic and be a strong team player. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office and in a similar role is needed.
