Our client, an established Victoria based boutique investment firm are seeking an experienced HR Professional to provide HR and Office Management support to an office of up to 50 people.

Predominately focusing on HR responsibilities with some office management, the role will involve:

  • Organising and processing the onboarding of new staff and leaving process for departing staff
  • Planning and implementing staff training
  • Organising staff appraisals and minute taking during the appraisal meetings
  • Employee relations
  • Recruitment, involving sourcing of candidates, interviewing and coordinating the process
  • Staff benefits and insurances
  • Managing a small administration team
  • Being the point of contact for office management related tasks and IT support

A highly organised, approachable and proactive approach is needed for the role alongside the ability liaise with people across all levels in a confidential and discrete manner.

Previous experience within an HR role with the above responsibilities gained within the finance sector is going to be essential for this role.

Our client is looking to view CVs and interview immediately. The successful candidate will need to be available to start on 1st April and commit to the contract for a minimum of 6 months (until 30th September 2019).

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
