Property Investment Firm – Fitzrovia – Residential Property Manager - £30k pa
Property manager required for residential block based in Central London. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of property regulation laws, long and short term leases, building HMO statuses and property legislation experience.
Based in Fitzrovia and responsible for 95 residential properties the ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, have the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, maintenance providers and property agents.
Immediate start paying £30k pa.
