Calling all Fashionistas - Luxury Brand-HR Assistant/ EA–Stunning West End offices - £35K!

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? KMK are extremely excited to be working with a well- established luxury brand who is seeking a HR Executive Assistant to join their fabulous team.

Based in stunning West End offices, the duties of this role are endless! You will work closely with the HR team, with responsibilities ranging from general admin tasks to creating detailed itineraries for organised trips and attending key meetings. You will also be required to anticipate important information ahead of scheduled meetings and ensure it has been provided for Managers, so it is vital that you are perceptive, switched on and have a great attention to detail.

Another element of this role is to provide exceptional EA support to the HR Business Partner, which includes full inbox and diary management, and attending meetings on her behalf, so you must be confident, organised and a natural communicator, ensuring the HRBP receives all relevant information when she is out of office.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have previous experience working within HR and an excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools, and the ability to multi- task.
