We are working with a fantastic new client, based in stunning offices in the heart of the city. This is a smart and professional working environment, that offers a sophisticated work place, amongst a friendly team. The business is focused within the insurance sector and has a lovely boutique feel to it.

The client is searching for a bright and personable Team / Office Assistant to join the team. This is a new position that provides great variety and will see you supporting the office with everything from; procurement, managing expenditure, attending and scheduling meetings, preparing reports, documentation and presentations, screening calls, booking travel, filing, assisting with events and more. The Team Assistant / Office Administrator will wear many hats – so you must have a ‘muck in’ approach to work. You will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and excellent written and verbal communication. This is an excellent opportunity to support impressive, senior level individuals whilst having a large amount of responsibility. The team are very of supportive and are looking for someone pro active and keen to learn more in the sector.
