Corporate Receptionist

Fantastic corporate receptionist vacancy has arisen within this boutique organisation where you will take ownership of the role and provide that five star service.

Duties will include:

  • Handling all incoming telephone calls / transferring or taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and guests
  • Preparing refreshments
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up
  • Dealing with the mail and couriers
  • Ensuring that the front of house area is neat and tidy at all times
  • Managing florists, cleaners, etc.
  • General admin duties as and when required.

You will have previous relevant experience of working in a busy professional environment. Have excellent communication skills and be highly professional.  Have a real enthusiasm for the role and take pride in your work. Able to work well under pressure, use your initiative and think outside the box.

The office environment is young and dynamic.
