Working for a Boutique Private Equity firm
Must be immediately available

I am recruiting for an experienced PA or Team Assistant to join a Boutique Private Equity firm in London. You will be incredibly organised, polished and articulate and familiar with the Investment or Financial Services industry.

You will come from the Financial Services Industry with at least 3 years experience. You will be a strong team player as you will work closely with other PA's and deputise for eachother during holiday or sickness, this requires you to be unflappable, adaptable and be able to command the respect of senior management in a non confronational manner. This is an incredibly supportive team to be a part of and an organisation that truly looks after their staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management (and pro-active management), this would include arranging meetings with potential LPs, portfolio companies, potential advisors, internal meetings, conference calls
  • Co-ordinate complex international business travel, arranging transfers/hotels/taxis, etc.., taking into consideration time zones
  • Arrange necessary lunch and dinner appointments
  • Collate and submit monthly expenses
  • Produce, update and edit powerpoint presentations
  • Update of CV pitch books, can be deal specific and/or generic. To ensure enough copies are ready for use for meetings
  • Manage the deal log, ensuring all deals are logged, liaising with Associates to ensure all data is recorded
  • Manage and maintain the filing and archiving system for the team
  • Provide cover during absence or sickness for EAs and Reception as required
  • Admin tasks, not limited to - Maintaining and updating contacts database, photocopying, filing, business cards, couriers, binding
  • Assist the IR team with LP Conference prep as required
  • Liaise with Finance Assistant with regards to the deal log, ensuring all updates are communicated effectively for finance system (advising of new deals, etc..)
  • Assist the Finance Assistant with invoicing for travel, telecoms to ensure correctly cost coded and accurate with charges
  • Run errands as required (visas, lunches for meetings, errands for the partners, etc…)
  • Ad hoc tasks
  • Work closely with the Admin Team to ensure a flawless support service network is provided to all
