Who will you be working for?

Our client is an independent School of Higher Education that offers career focused degree courses for UK and international students. The school has a smaller intake of students with a focused concentration on getting to know each of their students personally, placing them as one of the best independent educational institutions in the UK. This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated professionals within the education sector to lead in the continuous development of their services to the student body, the faculty and prospective students.

What would you be doing?

• Providing advice, guidance and accurate information to student enquiries
• Assist with directing students to the correct place for resources
• Develop strong relationships with students
• Maintain and keep appropriate logs of student interaction
• Directing students in the right direction for any enquiries

About you?

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role or in customer service previously. You'll have a genuine interest and knowledge of the higher education sector. You will be proactive, be able to manage your time effectively as well as being able to give fantastic customer service.
