An exciting new role as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at a healthcare investment firm for 9 months (maternity cover)!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to join this boutique healthcare investment firm's stunning offices in the West End. This role will be starting at the end of April, lasting until January 2020.

This role includes, but is not limited to the following duties:

70% EA support to the MD:

  • Gatekeeping - diary, inbox and meeting management
  • Seamless and logistic travel arrangements (national and international)
  • Organising roadshows
  • Liaising with relevant external stakeholders
  • Some personal work e. travel and social arrangements

10% EA support to an Associate which will predominantly be arranging meetings

20% Office Management:

  • Many processes are in place, but will require smooth upkeep
  • First port of call for office related queries
  • Dealing with day to day matters that arise for the office

This a fantastic role, requiring someone comfortable working in a small team environment and able to establish working relationships with a wide variety of professionals. You must be an excellent communicator, and be self-sufficient and self-motivated given the boutique nature of the environment. Excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail is also needed.

This is a 9am - 5pm role, with flexibility to occasionally work until 6pm needed.
