A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a new start-up research company based in a fantastic City location. This role will offer the successful candidate to take ownership and make the role their own.

The duties include:
*Office move- set up, design floor plan ect.
*Arrange catering/lunches & dinner
*Building relationships with external contractors
*Reception & facilities duties
*Sorting mail/couriers
*Booking transport and accommodation
*Organising company events
*Dealing with correspondence
*Managing office budgets
*Implementing and maintain procedures
*Health and Safety
*Adhoc duties

To be successful in this position you will be highly organised with the ability to work independently and to deliver an excellent standard of service. Previous experience of working as an Office Manager is desired to be able to hit the ground running and be confident to make decision off your own back. You will also enjoy working in a diverse environment. This role requires someone to be immediately available and start asap.
