PA to CEO, Start up Media Agency

A fantastic opportunity exists for a media PA with preferably planning & buying experience to join this start up media network to support this hugely busy and passionate CEO. As the Head Office for this global network of independent media & communications you are based in small, polished serviced offices in Soho, London W1.

As PA to the CEO you will undertake diary management for the CEO across multiple time zones, create PowerPoint presentations, organise Events, Workshops and Board Meeting coordination, organise conferences within the UK and overseas, undertake general office management and social media & website management.

You are a resilient, robust self starter with 3 years+ media PA experience, preferably with experience of media planning & buying businesses. Experience of working across multiple time zones is crucial.
