PA to CFO
South West London
£40,000-£45,000
This established yet rapidly growing Property firm, with offices across the UK and Europe, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support their CFO.
Taking on a challenging position where no two days will be the same and you will need to be one step ahead at all times, duties of the PA will include:
*Extensive diary and email management
*Domestic and international travel arrangements
*Processing personal and credit card expenses
*Document production and management
*Organising team events and training
*Providing a direct point of contact and building strong working relationships with Partners and PAs.
PA - what we're looking for:
*Previous board level experience is essential, ideally supporting a CFO/Financial Director previously
*A background within either Property or Professional Services
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
*Excellent proof reading and typing skills
*Proficient use in all Microsoft packages
