Working in a busy and vibrant office as part of a dynamic, Russian speaking administration team

Based in the city of London

Client Details

My client are a busy and fast paced financial services company with international offices and their HQ in Russia. They are looking for a Russian speaking candidate to come and join their administration team as the office assistant ad receptionist.

Description

The key responsibilities for this role are;

  • Act as the First point of Contact in the office
  • Answering phones and delegating messages
  • Meet and Greet incoming clients and customers
  • Book meeting rooms and manage meeting room diaries
  • Arrange video conferencing and manage meeting room facilities
  • Report and follow up on facility related issues with building management
  • Prepare and distribute meeting documentation
  • stationary and beverage ordering and stocking
  • Data entry and expense presentation
  • Assisting with event organisation
  • Any other ad-hoc or administrative aid if and when necessary
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and transfers
  • Organising Visa application processes fro international staff
  • Arranging internal and external, domestic and international couriers

Profile

The successful candidate will require;

  • Fluency in both English and Russian
  • Relevant previous experience working on reception
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work within a small team

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £26,000 and £28,000 based n experience level and be given the opportunity of this role on a 12 month basis.
