This is a lovely opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and on their own initiative to provide office management and support to a small office.

Working for our client, a distribution company based in the City the role will require a flexible and responsible approach in order to fulfill the responsibilities as follows:

  • Office administration - dealing with visitors, phone, mail, office supplies, meeting room bookings
  • Office maintenance - liaising with contractors and building management
    • Travel and accommodation reservations for visitors and senior management, this includes overseeing the CEO's diary when needed
    • Overseeing the smooth running of board meetings when they take place in London
  • Preparation and follow-up of signing of supplier contracts
  • Other administrative issues relating to supplier contracts and invoicing
  • Coordinating with updates to the company website and presentation work as requested.

Previous experience in a support / office management role is needed for the role alongside a self- driven, dependable, flexible and organised manner.

Salary is paying up to £30K dependent on experience.

The hours for this role are 9 - 6
