We have roles for you!

We have a diverse range of clients based in London who are looking for temporary receptionists. These receptionist positions would suit candidates that are looking to work on an ad-hoc basis - whether it is ad hoc days or full week to week assignments

Key responsibilities include;

* Meeting and greeting staff and visitors
* Issuing visitors passes
* Booking couriers
* General administrative tasks
* Sorting mail/post

We work closely with some fantastic clients so there are great opportunities working as a corporate receptionist!!!

Applicants must have at least a years' experience working as a corporate receptionist.

THIS ROLE IS CLIENT FACING, THEREFORE CANDIDATES MUST BE IMMACULATELY PRESENTED

* Switchboard - phone and switch
* Gate keeping
* Answering phones and taking messages
* Couriers
* Mail / franking post
* Basic admin
