Your new company is a world leading multinational insurance group. With offices around the world this firm is seeking an immediately available PA to support the busy CIO.

Your new role

• Proactively manage and organise the CIO's diary and activities so as to make the best use of time
• Professional interaction with a wide variety of internal and external customer and stakeholders, often for the purpose of supporting diary management
• Providing core admin support to leaders for tasks including expense, invoices and travel arrangements
• Handling sensitive and/or confidential information and /or documentation with appropriate discretion
• Providing technical support to audio/video conference and webex meetings, including set up of related facilities and equipment

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with complex diary, inbox and travel management
• Effective communications skills and experience building effective relationships across the business
• Experience supporting senior leadership within an Insurance firm is highly desirable
