Team Assistant in Investment Fund, Temp to Perm

Our client, a top Investment firm, are looking for a pro-active, professional and highly capable Team Assistant to support across their Deal Teams. 

Supporting a team of 12 professionals, you will become a vital part within their day to day success. Working alongside ambitious and high achieving individuals, you will be sure to get lots of opportunities to progress as a Team Assistant, taking on projects as desired. Due to the hit the ground running element of this position, preference will go to candidates who have supported a busy team of professionals previously - within a corporate environment. 

You will be:

• A forward thinker, happy to always go the extra mile;
• Solution driven, constantly problem solving and quickly establishing yourself as the 'go-to' person within the team;
• Have a keen eye for detail, looking for improvements and challenging the 'status quo'.  

As Team Assistant, your day to day will include but not limited to:

• ​Diary management for a small team of 5; 2 heavy users. 
• Organising and booking international travel for investment and client meetings. 
• Administration such as processing expenses, invoices and reports. 
• Administration for the fund, getting involved within projects as desired. 
• Assisting the office in any way you can, from helping clear meeting rooms to Office Management as needed - the assistants in the firm muck in an assist one another on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the company!
