We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant Vice President / Administration Manager to join a leading Japanese Investment bank based in the Centre of the City.

This is a temporary to permanent role, starting ASAP therefore a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate.
You will be providing extensive administrative support within the HR department EMEA.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
* Respond to employees queries and requests about workforce administration
* Perform new joiner process and worker documentation and files
* Make individual worker data changes into Oracle HR
* Perform data change controls, integrity checks and reconciliations
* Provide Oracle functionality and user access support
* Process resignations, redundancies, dismissals and retirements
* Respond to organisation and position management queries and requests
* Create, amend, close organisation unit/position
* Execute bulk organisation unit/position creation/amendment
* Be a Super User of Oracle HR and Cognos
* Introductory training for new members of the HR team
* Provide management information as per requests from HR and Business contacts
* Run reports and provide basic analysis where appropriate

* Good IT skills (including Oracle, Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)
* Good communication and organisation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to work to deadlines
* Respect for confidentiality
