Corporate Receptionist - Global Investment Firm!

12 month contract 

An amazing new Corporate Receptionist role has just come in today!  This fantastic global investment firm with super slick Mayfair offices are looking for a polished Receptionist to join their close-nit, lively and energetic team.  

Working closely with two other Receptionists, your role will require outstanding 5-star customer service, working with the team to ensure a seamless and efficiently run Front of House operation.  The role is incredibly diverse and will cover all aspect of meet and greet, switchboard operation and administration overflow from EAs. This is a 12 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Meet and greet guests

•             Managing and maintaining the presentation of the Reception areas and meeting rooms

•             Ensure all guests are led safely out of the building in the event of an emergency

•             Switchboard - professionally answering and connecting calls, taking accurate messages

•             Booking meeting rooms, ensuring all catering and equipment needs are fulfilled

•             Update and circulate the daily appointment sheet

•             Maintain office phone lists and meeting room information

•             Facilitation of taxi, cleaning, catering, plants and flowers invoicing and accounts
