We have just taken on a fantastic Corporate Receptionist position for a leading finance house!
The Role
LMA Recruitment are partnered with a leading, international commodities trading business based in Central London who are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be the face of the company and lynch pin of their busy office! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing business within a varied role.
- Diary management - meetings, travel arrangements
- Booking conferences
- Taking all incoming calls
- Managing the post
- Assisting with internal and external events
The Candidate
You will have proven corporate reception experience, ideally from financial services. It is essential that you possess excellent communication and organisational skills and strong system skills, in particular MS Office.
Benefits
The working hours are on a rotational basis of 8am - 5pm and 9am - 6pm and in return for your hard work they are offering a salary of £30,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits package.
