We have an award winning global firm of architects  close to Liverpool Street station looking for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join their rapidly growing office.  They currently have about 140 employees based there. 

The role has two aspects to it; 

50% of the role is PA to two Directors, organising and managing their diaries, booking international travel and meetings plus 3 associate directors.

The other 50% is Office Management for an office with 140 based there on two sites. You will be dealing with the property management company, managing the FOH team, looking after H&S, Fire alarm systems, managing budgets, office/desk moves, arranging events and keeping the office fresh and modern.

This is a fabulous varied role and you will need to have similar experience ideally in the corporate industry field to cope with the busy workload.

The office is based close to a number of central stations in the City inc Liverpool Street and offer fantastic benefits to all employees.

The hours are 9 to 6 and the office is a few steps from Liverpool Street station.
