Tempo is revolutionising the way that companies recruit. Our end-to-end platform, powered by video technology and intelligent matching is a one-stop-shop allowing employers to find great candidates, assess them, hire them and even pay them all without lifting up the phone to speak to a recruitment agent.

We launched our MVP in May 2017 and started generating revenue the day it went live. We haven’t looked back since: the last 18 months has seen over 25,000 candidates sign up to our platform; roughly 1,500 employers (including the likes of BCG, Monzo, Uber Eats, Goodlord and many more); the size of the team has quadrupled and investors have been falling over themselves to inject nearly £2M of funding into our continued growth.

But we’re not done yet - we need more amazing Resourcers to join our team as we consolidate and accelerate our expansion into 2019. Although we’ve got great traction and a maturing product, we’re still a small and dynamic team and most definitely still in startup mode, so we’re looking for people who are:

Primarily, your role will be to support the Customer Success team by engaging our brilliant and fast-growing candidate pool.

This will entail:

  • Being the first point of contact for all new candidate sign ups either over the phone or by email/chat message.
  • Screening all new sign ups ensuring their profiles are up to date with photos, videos, work history etc. to ensure they have the best possible chance of getting matched to jobs and receiving offers.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for the account managers when required. Both from the Tempo platform and externally.
  • Maintain ongoing lists of active candidates for the account managers and ensure candidates are being matched to the right jobs.
  • Ongoing care for our awesome candidate community.
  • Drafting and sending job alerts.
  • Ad hoc admin and paperwork for the team as required.

The right candidate:

  • Recruitment/resourcing experience would be beneficial but not essential. However, having phone or customer support experience is important.
  • You’ll be happy to speak to candidates over the phone, text, email and ‘livechat’.
  • Be super organised – on an average day you could speak with up to 100 candidates (or more)!
  • Must be target driven!! You will have weekly targets to hit which will include calls made, candidates matched/sourced for jobs, interviews requested.
  • Finally, you have to be PROACTIVE! Targets are incentivised so if you’re excited about going above and beyond to earn extra cash this is definitely the job for you.

The role will initially be for 3 months but for the right candidate there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent account manager position.
