Junior PA

Junior PA- Private Office- Kensington. Up to 30k plus bonus.

A super exciting and very rare opportunity has arisen for a highly personable, articulate and well-presented Junior PA to work alongside an exceptional and hugely experienced Executive Assistant. Based in Kensington- walking distance from High street Kensington tube.

Your will have the support and guidance of a top EA whilst you support the team and office with office administration, PA and personal duties. You will learn whilst on the job and have your own duties to manage-

Summary:

• Managing a corporate box at a prestigious football club, co-ordinating tickets for guests and ordering the food.
• Ordering and co-ordinating tickets for events & theatre
• Maintaining a log of event invitations
• Creating invitations for events and maintaining the guest lists
• Organising the stationery & maintaining office supplies
• Completing monthly expense reports and invoices
• General office tasks including printing, ordering office supplies, answering telephones and booking cars
• Preparing meeting rooms, coffee trays and welcoming guests
• To stay knowledgeable about London; any new and exciting openings/events especially Theatre, Restaurants & Exhibitions to compile a monthly hot list
• Wide range of personal tasks such as booking theatre tickets, restaurants
• Research for travel, sourcing gifts and purchasing items online

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of all MS packages
• Good initiative and able to think outside of the box
• Can do attitude and team player
