Great opportunity for an experienced and energetic Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a niche, new venture team within this respected city-based Financial services Firm.  You will be a strong communicator and a genuine team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and inboxes
  • Organising meetings and conference calls
  • Global and domestic travel arrangements, preparing itineraries including visas
  • Preparing and amending range of documentation (reports, presentations, letters and spreadsheets)
  • Processing invoices and reconciling expenses
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers
  • Ad hoc Project assistance

Requirements

  • Previous team-focused PA/Secretarial experience ideally gained within corporate/professional/financial services firm
  • Superb MS Office skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player!
