Our client has been rapidly growing and are hugely successful within the loans world. They are based in Haymarket where you will be surrounded by lots of shops and delicious restaurants!

They are after someone to be in charge of their customer services to ensure that their clients receive the best service possible.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Talking to clients on a day to day basis
  • Making sure a good client relationship is maintained

They need someone with property/finance experience, a brilliant telephone manner and communication skills (written and verbal), hard working, polite and professional, dynamic, proactive and someone who is willing to take on more further down the line which may include weekend work (1 weekend per month) or even some evening work from time to time.  This really a brilliant opportunity not to miss out on.
